My overall objective in every class I walk into, is to inspire students to be collaborative, critical, inquisitive and reflective learners and thinkers. Setting an example for students to be respectful in all their interactions with peers, teachers, parents... is as important as their academics. With this in mind, reflection has helped me, and will continue to help me, be effective in reaching my goals.

Personal reflection has been a key factor in my own personal and professional development.
