Distance Learning

During the COVID-19 pandemic, and the transition to distance learning, my grade 3's and I had just begun to get to know each other. Only 1 month together in person, I felt that it was important that my students interacted with me everyday. We engaged in daily Google Meets from April 6th to the end of the 2019-2020 school year. I used Google Classroom to engage my students. We had a sign-up sheet for students, to request additional support from me, for one-on-one meets, with their parents.

Throughout the course of our remote learning experience, students were assigned work from Khan Academy, Study Ladder, Readworks.org, and work that I created. Below are some samples of the work I created to engage my students, that accompanied our daily Google Meet lessons.
